Grand Opening of Sim City Community College!

With the addition of the Wage of Sim's tutorial "Anatomy of a Sim" we thought it was time to officially open the campus of the Sim City Community College!

As with most new community colleges, the course curriculum is limited in scope; but you will find some tutorial information that we haven't seen on any other sites. Just venture into the Library to see what's there.

Grand Opening of The Pearl!

It must be time for The Pearl to take its first peep past the oyster's shell. In response to a special request, The Pearl opened its gallery of female nude skins today. That section is currently the only part of the site that's open. Due to the subject matter, only adults can view these web pages or download the skins.

Skins for The Sims 2

The Sims 2 won't be released until the end of summer, but you can already download some new characters and accessories for The Sims 2 and play with them in The Sims 2 Body Shop. You will find skins for The Sims 2 at Carrot Stuff and The Sim Republic!

Carrot Stuff added six Sims 2 skins for download, three male and three female. You will find them at the Sims2 section under Downloads.

Carrot Stuff added 6 female, 6 male pajama, 6 male and 6 female toddler skins! Just download, unzip and double click the Sims2Skin file to install them. You will need The Sims 2 BodyShop Installed.

We know that we host so many sites with so much stuff for The Sims that it's easy to get lost and overlook some sites that you want to visit, so we hope this helps!

Still the Biggest, Still the Best

As we approach our second anniversary we thought you would like to know that the sites hosted by SimsHost taken collectively are still by far the largest site for The Sims in the world. Well, in all ways but one: We still have the lowest subscription cost of any site.

Continuing subscribers are paying only $2.00 a month (plus about a tenth of a penny per download on the average). That's about a third the cost of a typical stand-alone subscription site, for access to a hundred times as many downloads. We are pleased and proud to be able to do this while allowing each site to retain its own individual personality, even as SimsHost continues to grow.
