Sims Investment Properties Opens on SimsHost This Week!

Outstanding architectural design from around the world is the hallmark of Sims Investment Properties! A generous number of close-up views of the homes and commercial properties make this site a delight to visit as well as a great place to download some great places where your sims will want to be!

Veteran site Sims Investment Properties comes to SimsHost after trying several "free" hosts. Free hosts have always been marginal at best, but the larger sizes of the files in The Sims 2 pushes almost every Sims site beyond the capabilities of any "free" hosting service.

Don't miss the Beach House Contest sponsored by Sims Investment Properties! Entries are due by December 5, 2004 so you have two weeks to design your own beach house and submit your entry. Sims 2 files are so large that emailing them is not practical, so you will need to upload your entry somewhere. We still have some space in the Files section of Moon Sims Yahoo Group and the SimsHost Yahoo Group, so you are welcome to put your beach house in one of our groups if you don't have a place to upload them.

Now that we are in our third terrific year, we thought you would like to know that the sites hosted by SimsHost taken collectively are still by far the largest site for The Sims in the world. Well, in all ways but one: We still have the lowest subscription cost of any site.

Continuing subscribers are still paying only $2.00 a month (plus about a tenth of a penny per download on the average). That's about a third the cost of a typical stand-alone subscription site, for access to a hundred times as many downloads. We are pleased and proud to be able to do this while allowing each site to retain its own individual personality, even as SimsHost continues to grow.
