Celebrating the 5th Anniversary of KILLERSIMS

Five years ago this month, the KILLERSIMS Shopping Center came on line and rocked the Sims world with its vast library of downloadable goodies and leading innovations such as cars that the sims could drive.

When the Dotcom Disaster struck the Internet community and hosting services started dropping off line, KILLERSIMS worked its way through so many hosts that we started kidding webmaster Jerry that he should have named the site ServerKillersims! Then with the help of a few thousand of our closest friends (that's you, dear subscriber!), we started SimsHost and finally there was a host that could handle this incredibly popular site!

With its 8000-member egroup and more than a gigabyte of downloads, KILLERSIMS continues today as strong as ever. They are celebrating their fifth anniversary with a major update, a new member on the team, and a new contest that you are sure to enjoy. As you would expect from the leader in innovations for The Sims, the goodies for The Sims 2 include drivable cars, flyable helicopters, and playable NPC's!
