Life hasn't been the same in Happy Valley since the irrepressible Baby Barry arrived on the scene! His parents thought they would have a quiet time pursuing their college degrees at Happy Valley University, but Barry was of a different opinion! Meanwhile Barry's siblings are coping with home-schooling at the incredible Manse Collegium and their parents are puzzling over what to do about the Nanny Who Won't Go Home.

It has a covered garage, full basement (you put the walls in), garage entry, basement entry, sunroom entry, back deck, tons of room on the 1st floor and a very very spacious 2nd floor!!
